Look, I'm not telling you that you have to go on some sort of high protein diet. I'm just saying that whenever you eat, you need to make sure protein is included. Why? Because protein is a metabolism booster... and it's also good at appetite suppression.

So combined, those are 2 powerful and EASY ways to help with your weight loss.

2. Do short burst exercising instead of long workouts
Multiple short burst workouts in the 3-10 minute range are a lot better at speeding up your metabolism. If you don't already know, this is an easy way to burn off pounds. Faster metabolism equals faster weight loss. It's as simple as that.

It can be something as easy and running up your stairs at home and then walking back down them for 3 minutes non-stop. Or jumping on a mini-trampoline during 3 minute tv commercials. Whatever, just get in the habit of doing these short workouts. Sneak them into your day. This is great for busy people since you don't have to block off big chunks of time to workout.
